These Terms apply when you use the Artanic website, operated by Artanic LLC. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Artanic currently presents photography submitted by participating photographers, alongside collections, exhibitions, and editorial content. The site does not yet support purchases or accounts. When commerce is added, these Terms will be updated.

You agree to use the site fairly. In particular, please do not:

• copy, redistribute, or resell content from the site without permission;
• scrape the site or use automated tools to harvest images or contact details;
• attempt to disrupt the site or bypass its security;
• misrepresent who you are when submitting a form.

Photographs shown on the site are owned by the photographers and are presented with their permission. The Artanic name, logo, and site design belong to Artanic LLC. Nothing on the site grants you a right to copy or reuse that content.

If you believe content infringes your rights, email contact@artanic.com with details and we will look into it.

When you submit information through the newsletter or artist application form, you confirm it is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. We handle that information as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting an application does not create any obligation for Artanic to represent or exhibit your work.

The site is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it running smoothly but cannot guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent allowed by law, Artanic is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled by the courts located in Albany County, New York.
